Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
- Check-out time is 10:00 am (No refund if returned early).
Deposit:
- 50% deposit required upon reservation of unit plus site deposit.
- A rental agreement must be signed prior to usage of rental unit.
- A signed Visa or MasterCard is required prior to usage of rental unit.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit less $25 refundable only if unit is re-reserved for the same time period.
Awnings:
- Awnings can damage easily and are the full responsibility of the renter. Awnings must be retracted in windy conditions and drained properly of rainwater (slightly lower one corner). Ensure that awnings are raised high enough so rubbing does not occur over the door.
Cleanliness:
- Unit is non-smoking. There will be a charge for cleaning if unit
is found to have been smoked in.
- Cleaning products are included in unit.
- Ensure washroom is cleaned and all septic tanks are emptied.
- Please ensure that all cutlery, utensils, microwave etc. are clean and put
away, and floors vacuumed.
- A $100 per hour cleaning fee will be charged if unit returned in unsatisfactory
condition (minimum 1 hour charge).
General Information:
- Renter is responsible for any damage caused to rental trailer.
- Please bring your own bedding and linens.
- 2 full propane tanks are included.
- Trailers are booked by the week only during the high season and follow any restrictions of the site each one is situated on.
- Pets are not allowed in any trailer.
- No delivery or pick up fees.
- Trailers must not be moved.
